01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Distronode Creative Intelligence Engine (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Distronode Corporation.
02. Description of Beta Service
Beta Phase Disclosure
The Platform is currently in an active development Beta phase. Features, including AI-driven metadata generation and automated distribution, are subject to change, suspension, or termination without notice.
03. Platform Usage & API Limits
Usage of the Platform is subject to fair-use rate limits defined by our infrastructure tiers. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer the Distronode Engine
- Exceed allocated Vertex AI/Gemini tokens
- Automate the Platform via unauthorized scripts
04. Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain full ownership of all creative assets, videos, and copy processed through our engine.
Our Technology
Distronode Corporation retains all rights to the proprietary orchestration logic and codebases.
05. Uptime & SLA
While our infrastructure aims for 99.9% uptime, Distronode does not provide a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) during the Beta phase. We are not liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime or API latency from third-party providers (Google, X, Meta).
06. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Ontario, Canada, Distronode Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform or AI-generated outputs.
07. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. All disputes shall be resolved in the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
