We act as the Data Controller for information collected directly through our platform. Our operations are headquartered at RBC WaterPark Place, 20 Bay Street, 11th Floor, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

To maintain compliance with the GDPR and ePrivacy Directive, we utilize Google Consent Mode v2 integrated via Google Tag Manager (GTM-WML4TTR3). By default, our site strictly denies the storage of tracking and advertising cookies.

Only upon your explicit "Accept" action are consent signals transmitted to our analytics stack. We do not fire tracking tags until this consent is registered, ensuring a "Privacy by Design" approach.

Our engine leverages Google Cloud Vertex AI and Gemini models. We maintain strict data isolation: your proprietary content is processed in siloed environments and is never used to train public or foundational models.

Data is primarily stored and processed within Canada and the United States via Google Cloud Platform. We utilize Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and rely on Canada's adequacy status to ensure your data remains protected across borders.

06. Individual Access Rights

In compliance with GDPR and PIPEDA, you maintain the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. You may also object to processing or request data portability.
